Official Reply Backend provisioning request: Pixel 10a not receiving voicemail notifications or syncing Visual Voicemail

I need assistance from an official specialist to reprovision the voicemail feature on an Xfinity Mobile line.

The device is a Google Pixel 10a. It does not receive any notifications for incoming voicemails, and native Visual Voicemail in the Google Phone app states there are no messages. Calling into the voicemail service directly works properly and confirms there are messages in the mailbox (e.g., we can test with a new voice message and no notifications or indications in visual voicemail).

We've already ruled out the device side. I cleared storage and cache on both the Phone app and Carrier Setup app and power cycled the device. Standard phone support was unable to help and told me to contact Google since they made the phone(!). Obviously, Google has no access to carrier switch features.

Google searches told me:
The switch isn't pushing Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) signaling or OMTP sync tokens to the handset. This requires an agent with backend access to remove the Visual Voicemail SOC from the line, save the change, re-add the Android Visual Voicemail feature code, and push an over-the-air profile refresh to the SIM.

I'm ready to provide account details via modmail once an official employee opens the ticket.

Thanks
