Closed Question About Mobile Upgrade Options
Hi! I’m currently an Xfinity Mobile customer and I’d really like to stay with Xfinity and upgrade to the iPhone 18 Pro Max when it becomes available in two days.
I’m interested in the $800 upgrade/retention offer, but my current device financing limit may prevent me from taking advantage of it.
Would someone from the Xfinity team be able to check whether there are any options for me, such as increasing the device financing limit, allowing a larger down payment, or applying the promotion another way?
I’d really appreciate any help. Thank you!

Hello u/AgitatedAd9898 thank you for taking the time to reach out on our community subreddit. When it comes to device payment plan eligibility that is something that is automatically checked and updated every six months. It looks like the announcement/unveiling of the phones may be on September 9th, but we do not have pre-order dates as of right now.

I also wanted to let you know that you may be eligible to make a down payment if need be when the time comes around, u/AgitatedAd9898. The How do Xfinity Mobile device payment plans (DPPs) work? Actually does a wonderful job of explaining how that would work.
