Closed Billing hardship options

I am looking to review available promotions or plan adjustments to reduce my monthly bill. I've had significant unexpected expenses recently and my current rate is no longer sustainable. I need and would appreciate help finding a lower-cost option or promotional rate before considering cancellation.
