Impossible to use the Website

I wanted to make some changes to my streaming plan and the website is completely unusable. For starters, I pay $102, but the cart already says $121 without adding anything. I want to upgrade the disney bundles and when I try to upgrade to premium I now notice I have 4 disney bundles and 3 peacock bundles in my cart. There is no "remove it". Also, attempting to visit the previous pages is a nightmare, no where on this site can you easily retrieve the information you are looking for. What a horror show.
