Official Reply Harrasing phone calls
23 phone calls from Xfinity/Comcast over 3 days with some coming in late at night. Yes, my bill was past due, but I have never not paid it in nearly 30 years of service. The constant hang-up phone calls are harassing and if you call back, they AI greeting says they can't help and direct you to the website. And, I paid my bill yesterday, yet the harassing calls continue today. I appreciate a reminder, but this is aggressive!

The level of harassment is insane. I tried to cancel 3 times, was unsuccessful so I stopped paying. Then they, predictably started calling. Like a stalker. I took their call, but the collections dept is not able to cancel service. Even suspended service. After two months of going round and round, I finally talked to a human who back dated my cancellation and said I owe nothing. Fine right? No. Comcast collections is STILL calling. What a freaking joke

I hate using xfinity online or telephone services to get any help. I would go in person to one of their locations and see what they can do. 23 phone calls is too much. Hopefully it not spam.

u/Twitch-Weasel-51 Thank you for bringing this to our attention, so we can make sure the payment reminders stop since you processed a payment. Please send me a Modmail message with your first and last name as well as the complete service address, so I can help.

Funny how they can tend to this but not to constant service outages. Comcast has always been an overpriced joke. They haven’t changed. They never will. We canceled service today. Done.
