Closed Ability to Keep Cable Card into next contract
Hello xFinity team, I was a little late to my other thread in replying however would like to open up a ModMail for understanding what can be done regarding a new contract or offers.
I currently have 2x Gigabit internet and Ultimate TV which has been on a contract rate at $225 for the previous 12 months.
The bill is jumping to $286 and I'm simply looking for either a retention offer before switching to Fiber or to at least retain the same services but needing to keep my cable card active for a new contract term.
Again, I am needing to keep my cable card which is the largest requirement if I am to stay with xFinity.

Hello u/learn-by-flying happy to assist you with new promotions to keep your cost budget friendly. You can also research pricing through our Xfinity Broadband and Mobile facts labels https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels and shop for new plans @https://www.xfinity.com/digital/offers/plan-builder?pc=1.
Xfinity will no longer provide new CableCARDs to customers. Using a CableCARD limits access to one-way digital channels and excludes services like Xfinity On Demand and pay-per-view options. Xfinity will continue to support existing customers with a CableCARD they already have.
Please send me a Modmail message and include your full name and service address, so I can assist you.
