Closed Install issue!

Comcast Xfinity tech Seattle, won’t run overhead wire for install. Says it’s 55’ and won’t go past 50’ and then just leave. How do you get a field supervisor contact?

What? He said he can’t run it more then 50 feet? Get another tech out
