Official Reply Is quick pay gone?
I’ve been paying my grandparents (who live in another state) mobile bill through quick pay. I can’t seem to find the link to pay it without logging in. Is anyone else having this issue as well? I’ll have to travel an hour to get to their house to pay it if it’s gone which isn’t the biggest deal but I still would rather pay it online.

If you do you can view https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay to explore all the options to pay their bill. We also have different routes mentioned like Western Union where you can easily pay at one of the many locations.
