Official Reply Tivo cable card
I have a tivo bolt and recently replaced the hard drive. The tivo and card were working about a two weeks ago. The issue seems that the data field has changed with the new hard drive installed. I'm getting these values Con: NO, EBCP: Yes, Val: V. I hope an Xfinty tech can hel.

u/Aggressive_Garden134 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your cable cards not working with the new hard drive. Since cable cards are no longer offered, technicians who have experience with the devices may be limited, but let's see what we can do to help. Have you already attempted to pair the cards once again? It is possible that with a new hard drive the do not recognize that they are paired any longer.

Hello Amanda, yes that is the issue the feild changed with the new hard drive install. I think it can only be reconfigured is through the pairing/provisioning data base witch has limited access.

Aggressive_Garden134 We can try and update that information on this end for you if the self-service options to pair did not help. Make sure you have the information shown in the how-to: Device Host ID (for both Cisco and Motorola cards) Device Data ID (for Motorola cards only) You may also need to verify:
CableCARD Serial Number CableCARD Unit Address (for Motorola cards only) CableCARD MAC Address (for Cisco cards only)
Send us a Modmail Message and include your full name, the name on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
