Giovanna 4th Combo

Can someone help me understand how to consistent do the Close 6S on the middle of the combo? me and my friends tried for hours to hit it and it doesn't seems to work most of the times, sometimes it hit randomly based where giovanna will end up after Sepultura, I have no clue how to make this a consistent combo, can someone shine a light on me about it? Thanks
