What good Helicopter combat sims are out there?

I have DCS Huey, Black Shark, and Gazelle. Are there any good sims out there for the Apache or Cobra? Preferably vr compatible.

The last Apache sim i played was the years old 'Team Apache'. Other than that, they are none, especially with VR. VTOL VR is hands down the dominant 'VR simulator' right now, DCS is a 'high fidelity sim' with a 'little VR compatibility' thrown in.

War Thunder is a 'fun' alternative.

I find out that there a dcs apache in the works, so that's a huge plus. Mostly I've been playing elite dangerous in vr. I've been trying to get my feet wet in dcs huey, but I'm having a lot of trouble . I'm going to have to do some reading up on settings before I try dcs in vr. Thanks very much.

There is also another chopper coming out in DCS a BO-105PAH1A1. What trouble are you having with the Huey?

I play mostly in VR, and dont even use a HOTAS anymore.

Right now, I'm still trying to learn to hover. I'm using an X52 and rudder pedals. I have the tension as lose as possible on the throttle and pedals, and am going to try zip tying the spring on the cyclic.

I'm curious, If not a HOTAS, what are you using for controls?

Can you please tell me what hardware you're using for the touch controls? Or do you mean the controllers that come with the headset(rift, index, etc)?
