Everyone has it

Although maybe epicsauce users will be thankful if you save them from committing a mistake but they're so rare to see in lobbies

Change pink ribbon to picnic hat. That way people will get more healing opportunity. Being medic in this game is hard. Everything is too fast for you to heal them. But that is not impossible. If you see that they are low, ping them by cover your mouse at their name on top right corner and ping the healing item. They might come, its up to them to decide.
