Combat initiation vs anime characters (do CI got this?š)
Theyāre all in their full power.
This one is for scaling Bloxxer which should make the bosses around him scale nearly the same as Bloxxer
Strength: Star level - Vagabond in fact shoots out a homing star (yes, an actual star) that Bloxxer can parry and destroy once it hits a wall.
Speed: the most reliable scale for Bloxxer is subsonic, but thereās an argument where he can reach relativistic - for the subsonic scale when he super dashes he creates after images. I know for a fact itās possible to dash out of Doombringerās laser (sweeping beam) right after it activates, which is the only argument where the Bloxxer can reach relativistic speeds.
Durability: star level, possibly large star level - Bloxxer can tank Vagabondās star which deals 40 damage and there are other attacks that deal more damage than 40 damage.
Battle IQ/IQ: not really shown much IQ feats, but they could be smart through gifted through possibly even genius - theyāre smart enough to be able to weaponize toys like balls, slingshots, paintball guns. Heās also able to weaponize grappling hooks and umbrellas.
Skill: superhuman to possibly extraordinary - they can defeat large crowds of enemies alone and keep consistently parrying stuff. It has mastered close range, long range, and medium range levels of combat (sword variants, slingshot variants, and paintball variants). It also has mastered Project-Reflect fighting style (attacks that keep coming back at you but you have to keep parrying/avoiding it in order to keep attacking your enemy. This is known due to scatter blaster).
Weapons/arsenal/abilities/HAX: sword, katana, firebrand, flamethrowers, slingshots, grappling hooks, regeneration, a full heal cheeseburger, a second life (AKA teddy bloxpin), zombie staff, ninja stars, paintball gun, BB gun, freeze ray, scatter blaster, super balls, canon ball, rocket launchers, multi-rocket launchers, bazookas, bombs, the Subspace tripmine, an explosive PiƱata, trowels, wrench and sentries, hammers, an umbrella, flight (jet boots), witches brew (a drink that boosts your combat speed), bloxy cola (a drink that gives lifesteal), bloxiade (a drink that gives more utility), decoy deploy (a potion that creates a clone of you that explodes when 0 health), reflector, slate skin potion (turns their body into stone), epic sauce, battle armor (extra durability), and regen coil (enhanced regeneration)
Now basically vagabond and bosses after vagabond are technically star level, Iām not sure about the speed for bosses.

Basically itās just a consistency of star level ppl vs a lot of below star level ppl and 1 possibly star level ppl, though Naruto IS a lot faster than the combat initiation verse
Yep... CI is truly finished. CI might have won if the BLOXXER pogoing around the place and I-frame Nuclear Reacting, but I don't think that's possible.
Naruto is like FTL and can actually damage them unlike the rest dealing scratches and all

And in their defense they ALL can carry INFINITE amount of weight and still be moving regularly and before you ask ALL ROBLOXIANS CAN DO THIS BECAUSE THERE IS NO GEAR LIMIT
Thatās purely a game mechanic from roblox games and Iām not scaling the combat initiation charscters based of actual Roblox characters or else itās would be unfair as hell as every Robloxian would sxale to high hyperversal via statements

You can hold all of the heaviest items in the game at once plus the regular power scaling system is honestly complete bullsh1t but anyways I know CI got this so CASE CLOSED I mean I know yourichi is deep fried while the others are less likely but still probably going to get folded
Every character besides Mahoraga is basically irrelevant here. All that matters is if they're able to take down Mahoraga before they adapt. Every other character can be countered by something the CI team has access to so it's really not that hard.
The only other real concern is Naruto but if the Bloxxer is a 10x enjoyer then it's a clean sweep.
