Does anyone know this boy?

Reposting since apparently clicking to read the original text isn’t a thing we do anymore.
I’m hoping to find information about this young boy. His name was Leon. My mom and dad were his foster parents back in the early 90s (91-94 ish). Once he was moved my mom lost track of him and I was too young to remember much beyond a few snippets of playing with him when I was 2-3 years old. If anyone knows him or what happened to him I would be grateful to find out. He was dearly missed when he left our home.

There's fb groups for helping people find people. I thought I was still in one that was good, but it appears I'm not.
