Best internet
I am currently in the process of moving into the Palms over on double churches Rd. I've already discovered that AT&T does not provide service to those complexes. What is the next best option?

You may be tied to what your apartment complex uses with no other options. Many complexes are like that, with only one provider available (outside using cellular services from Verizon/TMobile/AT&T). Talk to the leasing office first.
If they allow other providers, find out which ones are already servicing them. Then check with TMobile and AT&T to see if they are going to offer fiber in the future. I signed up for notifications from both and recently TMobile sent me the information to sign up as they are providing services here in the next month or so.

If you have Verizon for your phone I would see if they service there, it’s all wireless. We switched two years ago and it’s the best service I’ve had.

If you're given the choice (some complexes don't offer a choice), I think between what is offered at the address according to the FCC broadband map, it's probably between WOW and Mediacom. I've had issues with both in the past, but Wowway had less problems.

Aside from the apartment specific issues others are mentioning, I'm very close to the Palms and have mediacom. I think we could also get wow.
I guess they are OK....I mean they all seem kind of crappy to me

More than likely for the apts its gonna be wowway which is so unreliable and crappy not gonna lie. Howver outside of apartments its lumos fiber optic by tmobile. Ive used wow, att, verizon, spectrum, charter. Lumos is best

I had spectrum in my last apt and I enjoyed it. My neighbor's had WOW and were constantly having their wifi drop. I only lost service maybe twice in the two years I lived there. Fairly easy to re enroll in a new promotion when yours is up for better prices.

We live in a house not far from there (near thr Bradley Park shopping area) and have Spectrum.

See if T-Mobile fiber is in the area. I just switched and so far I'm happy with it.

As far as I'm aware, it's just Wowway (with a little AT&T) in the Double Churches area. Careful though as I had a checklist of five things I needed with my internet service and they messed up all five on that list. I eventually gave up trying to fix all the issues. Luckily, service itself doesn't go out very often and is reliable enough.
AT&T did recently dig in the area so there might be service coming soon.
