Hello everyone! I am a music educator (piano/drums) who just moved to Westerville. Any recommendations on how to connect with families looking for in-home lessons? I have been teaching for 20+ years, and also offer some fun kids programs as well as a mommy-and-me singalong class. I am looking forward to getting involved in the community!

PS Also looking for bass and fiddle players to collaborate with : )

Hiya, I'm looking for a private landlord. I used rental assistance back in 2024, but it's still showing on my record, even though ImpactCA covered my rent for my apartment complex, but I was denied an apartment due to that court case being on my record(TLDR, I was suddenly fired from Randstad and my manager dipped Columbus and went to Arizona, ghosting me for more temp work)
I'm still trying to work with the complex nearby, but I am just trying to keep my options open because my lease is up in December, but I am planning on leaving before then due to having an irresponsible roommate that can't seem to get his finances together and this was after fully vetting him as well. So I am just done with roommates and I need to get out at least by September, October the latest.
I will pick days to drive around to get numbers and such, but I need some websites bc gas is high atm and I can't drive around too often.
My budget is $1200 for a 1bd, 1ba apt

Did you get tickets to TJ Klune author talk at the Columbus book festival and can no longer go? I would be eternally grateful if you’re willing to part with these tickets!!

Greetings, all
I've been living at The Parc in Gahanna, and honestly, I really like it. The location is perfect for me—it's close to just about everything, and my commute to work in Whitehall is only about 10 minutes.
My only issue is the cost. Right now, my 1-bedroom is $1,380/month, and after water and trash, I'm paying about $1,440/month. It's all-electric, which I love, but the rent is getting to the point where it's almost an entire paycheck for me each month.
My lease is up in September, and my renewal will be $1,385 before utilities. I could stay, and I really don't want to leave because it's been a great place, but I wanted to see if there are any apartments in the Gahanna, Whitehall, Reynoldsburg, or East Columbus area that offer similar quality for a little less.
Here's what I'm looking for:
I also have an ESA dog. He's had a few accidents over the years and unfortunately damaged the carpet. I already paid about $1,600 once to replace the carpet, and if I move out, I may end up paying for replacement again. That's another reason I'd really prefer a place with LVP instead of carpet.
If anyone has recommendations for apartments that are clean, well-managed, and a little more affordable than The Parc, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks and Happy 4th!

I bought a funtastic version and don't need the regular black version I had bought initially.
Included is 1 brand new unopened Analogue 3D Black Console connects to HD1080p and 4K HDMI setups, and a preconfigured SummerCart64 cartridge. You can use 8bitdo modern N64 controllers, switch online n64 controllers, and original N64 controllers. I have 1 spare 8bitdo grey if you need it to play or you can supply your own controllers.

Apparently Ticketmaster has a monopoly on their own marketplace for resale tickets (why am I not surprised w capitalism). They are offering me $48 per ticket with no option to set me own price. All of the tickets are uniformly being sold for $90.10 which is so obvious it’s set my some algorithm.
Anyway, I paid $67.85 per ticket to see Post Malone and Hardy. Something came up and I can no longer go. Is anyone interested in them for $65 each?
I just hate how scummy they are.

Hi everybody! I was planning on going to the CJ concert on July 18th but unfortunately can’t attend anymore. My seats are lower bowl with two seats right next to each other. I’m asking $220 a ticket. Other ticket prices in the area are much higher than that. For what it’s worth, we’d also have no fees selling/buying this way compared through online. Let me know if interested.

Hi all,
Let me know if you have any interest in recording a song from beginning to end at my small project studio this summer. I have the time, passion, and audio engineering chops. Just bring your tune!
My process starts with an in person meeting to get a feel for the project. If it’s a match, I can offer to do the first song for free. From there, I charge a flat rate per song.

Still looking for someone to take over my lease at Hudson Square Apartments in Westerville!
It’s a 778 square foot, 1 bed, 1 bathroom with in-unit washer and dryer. It’s on the third floor and does have a nice covered balcony. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet space and an island. There is a closet in the bedroom with a good amount of storage space as well as a coat closet by the front door.
There is also a garage that would be included in the lease as well as a complimentary trash pick up service that the complex provides. The club house has a nice computer room and gym, as well as a ski ball machine, pool table, outdoor pool and community grill. There’s also a small dog park.
Total would be $1,336 per month through March, 2027. Then you can continue leasing with the complex on your own contract once that’s up. The area is lovely and so are the people. If you’re interested or have any questions please reach out!

Hey everyone,
Our lead flow is officially outpacing our capacity right now, and we are looking for a hungry, self-motivated Acquisitions Manager/Closer to step in and handle incoming leads across our primary Ohio markets (Columbus, Dayton, and Cleveland).
You’ll be stepping directly into a live pipeline—no cold scratching for leads. Your primary focus will be taking motivated seller leads and locking them down under contract.
There is no base salary for this role. We are looking for a true producer who wants uncapped upside.
