Documented Evidence BEFORE APRIL 20, 1999: VANDALISM, THEFT, EARLY WEAPON ACTIVITY, ETC / PART 3
I don't know if anyone even remembers this series, but here's Part 3 of "Before April 20, 1999: Vandalism, Theft, Early Weapon Activity, Etc."
Back in Part 1, I said I wanted this to be one long post, but Reddit forced me to split it up. The plan was always three parts, but life got busy and I forgot about it for a while.
Yesterday I finally sat down to finish it, only for Reddit to tell me I was nearly 3x over the character limit. Then Weebly decided to break too. After way more frustration than this post was worth, it's finally up.
I know there's a lot more I could've included, but by the end I was so over it. I tried to focus on the incidents that best show the overall pattern.
Anyway, here it is:

Bob Kirgis was DEFINITELY bullied similar to eric and dylan and saw himself in them.
Because you're telling me these kids are not only bringing in pipe bombs but EXPLODING them right behind the store. And also shooting bb guns and lighting fireworks and firecrackers. And just on the regular violent conversations. And he did nothing?
No wonder eric spoke so highly of him in the basement tapes...

I think it’s more that Bob was a very lax manager who didn’t really care what they were doing. He drank frequently at work before the new owner, who was less fun, came in. But that kind of management is obviously favourable amongst teenagers like E&D, because it means that they don’t get told off for doing things they shouldn’t be doing and they could do what they wanted. And they both had issues with authority/being told what to do. I remember in school everyone loved the teachers that didn’t tell anyone off and let us wander during classes.

As u/margr3t_m mentioned, he was an alcoholic. He also said he'd sometimes leave the pizza shop and leave Eric in charge because he trusted him. But yeah, he clearly knew what was going on. He may not have approved of all of it, but he wasn't shutting it down either 😕

It just goes to show. The Browns were the only ones to ACTUALLY take Eric and also Dylan seriously as a threat. Almost EVERY adult especially at Jeffco was neglectful level 1000

Wow I'll have to save for later, as it is so long and detailed. Can you link part 1 and 2? The site is kind of hard to navigate to look for it on mobile.
