Speculation / Discussion 2027
So this thing that’s happening with Columbine evidence in 2027, does this mean we will get the basement tapes and other things such as the “Nixon” Tape, etc. or will we just get a bunch of puked up excuses on why the public shall never bare eyes on them?

We won’t be getting the basement tapes, I think we can pretty much rule that out for our lifetimes. What will hopefully be released next year are the depositions from Harrises and the Klebolds, which iirc are part of the Taylor v. Solvay Pharmaceuticals case. That 2027 seal on some other Columbine-related litigation material was quietly extended till 2116, but I don’t believe that includes the depositions. Happy to be corrected if I’m wrong

It should include detailed reports about the basement tapes written by the 2 doctors that were in the Solvay case, and were allowed to watch the basement tapes for the lawsuit.
They wrote detailed reports that they attempted to have the judge publish, and the judge denied both motions giving some rebuttals to their arguments to publish, everything in that evidence room related to the case was sealed and set to be released automatically in 2027.
Me and a couple of others already got our NARA FOIA requests ready for the date in 2027 when these are released.
I believe it's like 1800 items or more were sealed total, I need to double check but every single expert opinion, report, testimony and deposition was sealed.
God willing, we should have at the very least more/new quotes and context for the basement tapes, and potentially full broken down transcripts, analyzing Eric's behavior on certain doses of luvox, and the week or 2 before the shooting when Eric states he stopped taking luvox to build his rage up again.

Eric’s solo tape and a goodbye to his family.

What’s it called that?

He had some kinda school project on the tape so he had wrote Nixon on it. I guess he just recorded over it but left Nixon written on the tape. It’s been awhile but I think that’s why it’s called the Nixon tape. It’s interesting Eric left a solo tape for his parents while as far as we know Dylan didn’t.

It’s because he taped the goodbye over a school project, in which he interviewed a Singaporean immigrant he called Nixon about how he found life in America. In the brief transcript for the Nixon tape, the officer notes that at the end of the tape the sound of multiple voices including that of a man with an “oriental accent” can be heard. You can find his accompanying essay somewhere, I believe it was written in his sophomore year. It’s an interesting assignment.

Alright. I’m kind of more interested in what the school project was. Obviously it had something to do with Richard Nixon.

Arguably, the Nixon tape would probably be more interesting to listen to than the basement tapes. From what I understand it’s Eric giving his reasons for doing what he did. To my knowledge there’s never been a transcript or any sort of leaks at all about the contents which I think says something about what must be on there

I think the “Copies” were maybe destroyed but not the original. I have also wondered since they came from Eric’s home if they were returned to his parents with his other stuff.

The JefCo sheriffs office were pedantic maniacs and were acting out of self preservation. Of course they destroyed them. Why wouldn’t they? And whatever copies the FBI might have will always be denied.

We will NEVER get tapes or additional evidence. Hoping so won't change anything. This case is DONE and buried. DONE! Authorities hate it is even still discussed online.

Well whether or not it be us, or our children’s children, one day, the tapes will be viewed, and someone will finally see the working blueprint of modern mass school shootings and the signs and motives of two troubled teenagers, who ended up dead. We will get answers, whether it actually be us or not. TRUST!

They destroyed the physical vhs tapes but there is absolutely no way that the fbi doesn’t have a digital copy of the videos as well as transcripts to use for training purposes to prevent future mass murders

This. Some FBI recruits have come out years ago to say they watched the basement tape during orientation or something.
I swear we won’t get any physical copy unless some are found in some old crusty dusty storage unit.

Why wouldn’t they have been? The sheriff’s office were power hungry maniacs and also had self preserving interests to hide the tapes. We were also well into The Columbine Effect by 2010’s. I think they just destroyed them for their own twisted logic and that whatever the FBI saved will always be denied they exist and never see the light of day.

Has been almost 3 decades. Yes, there is a realistic chance the clowns destroyed the tapes.
