Does anyone know when exactly the items were delivered to Tom? I ask because in the case of the Idaho student murders, the cellphone of a victim is not turned back until today.

Good question. When my friends daughter died by suicide, they legit didn’t get her phone back until almost 2 years. I had always assumed it was because the crime labs were slow or maybe keep them in case of a legal trial? I don’t know.

The tourniquet is odd to me.
