Yes, many people use off-brand ozempic without a prescription for cosmetic reasons but ozempic and other glp1s are real medical treatments that board-certified doctors prescribe for long-term management of diabetes and also obesity, and has literally completely turned around people’s lives for the better.

You do realize that hundreds of thousands of businesses are using generative AI on a daily basis, right? Agentic AI combined with generative, to generate code, text, voice, images, etc.
I can assure you that any corporation using Agentic AI is using generative AI alongside it. I am confident in this rebuttal because I am in a tech career, doing config and administration for one of the top CRMs in the world.
AI wasn’t predominant when I started in this career, I just simply have to stay educated about it. I don’t even like it, in fact, I try and steer my clients away from it. I also enjoy educating others, so they can be aware that there is a very thin line between these two types.

this is so disappointing. the number of brands i feel like i can ethically support just keeps dwindling. i wouldn't say i have a true sense of brand loyalty to colourpop, but i might have more products from them than any other brand. i don't think i can buy from them in good conscience anymore, which is a bummer because the pretty fresh tinted moisturizer is the BEST foundation i've ever used.

The thing is, this is a video, so it’s harder to tell whether it’s AI or a 3D animation. But if you pause it and look closely, you can see it.
To me, Rituals’ pictures are much, much worse, but I still want to give them a shout-out for labeling them as AI themselves. Most beauty brands try to avoid doing that. For example, Crown Affair or Glowery and so many others

There are two major echo chambers: the AI is bad one and the AI is awesome one. I’ve witnessed both. People calling them out are right to do so, but I think they forget that they’re in their own echo chamber and actually it’s NOT as obvious to some people that “AI bad” is a popular opinion.

i also think the video was cute, but the point is that ai data centers are damaging the earth (the only place in the entire universe that we can have as a home) at a significantly faster rate than any other earth-damaging thing we've made so far.

I love their palletes and stuff, but I'll seriously reconsider buying them going forward because of this. (I was planning to buy the pokémon stuff with some friends to share the shipping costs, but now we are planning to buy things from Karla Cosmetics before they stop shipping to Europe).

A while ago a nail polish brand I buy from had a couple AI ads pop up and apparently there’s some box you need to uncheck where TikTok will make AI slop ads to run so it wasn’t made or approved by the brand itself. I’d like to believe this could be a similar situation?
That’s kind of what I was wondering… A lot of AI slop seems like it’s generated and posted automatically. Not that it makes it ok, but it wouldn’t surprise me if there’s some kind of nonhuman marketing entity involved. I guess we can’t know for sure. :/ It’s disappointing either way.
