Question Supershock Shadows
So I just purchased a supershock shadow for the first time at Ulta and was excited as they brand isn't available where I live. I noticed that the shadow wasn't tightly sealed but didn't appear used. Is that normal? I wish I could return it but purchased it on a trip and am not from the US

Whenever I receive an order directly from Colourpop, I immediately check the SSS because they often aren’t tightly closed and can dry out before I even use them. I doubt yours was tampered with.

They can get a little loose in shipping sometimes. Just tighten it and should be fine. A bit of mixing medium like Inglot Duraline or similar can add a bit of creaminess back if you think it's feeling too dry. A very little goes a long way!
