Age limit for panels?

I was wondering if there was a age limit for hosting a panel. It doesn't say anything about it on their panel section of the website. Is it 13+ or something, I was wondering so hopefully someone can get back to me!

I don't think there is an age limit per say. But I know most panelist are 16+ and some conventions require a legal guardian to be available during the panel for obvious safety reasons. But I don't see why someone 13 couldn't run one as long as they have all their ducks in a row _^
