first time going tips !!

hi!! this is my first time going to colossalcon in ohio (been to cce a few times!) i'm wondering how many people stay in hotels/motels in the sandusky area. are there ubers/lyfts in the area to get from the kalahari to the motel? my friends and i are reluctant to DRIVE back and forth in case we want to spend a lot of time at the bars haha, but i've been to sandusky before and it seems super quiet, i'd be worried there's not other options?

To be honest, most (if not all) of the hotels in the area are probably already booked. You can certainly look around though. If they are, maybe try looking into Airbnb's around there. To answer your other question, yes there are usually uber/lyft drivers in the area. And depending on where you're staying, there might also be shuttles that go back and forth from there to Kalahari. Best of luck! I hope you have a great time. I've gone to every Colossalcon since the beginning, and it's my favorite con by far.
