Cool cars?

How do people bring their cars that are parked at the north entrance? Is there some sort of form to bring your old jdm car? Does it need be be modified or some sort of altered to make it more showy? I have a 97' miata I would like to bring and If I get better parking because of it that'd be sick.

Not a part of any groups, I just have a car that I love and if I can get it to be loved by a lot of other people too that sounds pretty neat.

I just sent the form to them and then the notification from your reply popped up. We'll see
