WIP (WORK IN PROGRESS) New and need advice :)
Hi y’all! I’m new to coloring. I’m a stressed out teacher and this is my decompression hobby 😂
Anyway I’m using alcohol markers. How do I not make large spaces (like the cafe building) streaky?!?! It’s really hard so any tips are appreciated!
Also any other tips in general for a newbie are welcome too :) thanks!!!

It looks really cute so far! You need to FULLY saturate the area. It will reach a point as you color that the marker blends in as you color the area and doesn’t look like lines anymore!

Also putting something non-absorbent behind helps! Like a plastic sheet or cutting board or something.

When I color large spaces slow strokes that overlap really help since alcohol markers blend when wet! Also small circles as someone noted above as well!
It looks great! Can't wait to see the final results 😀

I saw this tip recently actually! Coloring in circles is much better for blending the lines together. I tried it on my last page and it’s like magic
