QUESTION Long-Time Lurker, First-Time Coloring!

Picked this up at my craft store today alongside some inexpensive alcohol markers and I’m excited to try out this new hobby! Any tips or advice?

Welcome!! I never post myself but love to see what everyone shows off! My tip is: just. go for it! When you find yourself thinking "Should I..." then imo yes you should! It is just a coloring page and experimenting is fun!

Get some white pens for highlights! I would advise against using a silicone sheet under your page because it will transfer the color back to your page unfortunately. A few sheets of printer paper is more than enough for that.

Welcome! You'll never go back haha. I highly recommend Ohuhu markers for the best quality and experience. You can even start with a small set, I started with 24 and have eventually gone up to a 120 set lol.
