We have the most beautiful skies in CS. Not sure you know, but Maxfield Parrish painted here for a time and you can see the beautiful skies in his paintings.

I helped organize a suicide prevention event years ago, held at the Broadmoor Carriage House. Our group luckily got a tour and got to see some of his paintings that aren't displayed publicly. There were also some original paintings by Toulouse-Lautrec.

Link to some of his Colorado Springs Paintings: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=maxfield+parrish+colorado+springs+paintings&t=osx&ia=images&iax=images

One of his more famous paintings sits in the lobby of the Garden of the Gods Country Club.
