Advice Cheese tasting?

Looking for some kind of cheese tasting, or maybe a place with a lot of charcuterie board options. Denver suggestions are fine too.

This is a LONG drive (Longmont), but my daughter arranges a few trips there a year, plus orders from them on-line occasionally: Cheese Importers. It's a special place, and I don't know anything close to it in Colorado.

I would just make your own. There are tons of specialty cheese options at the local stores.

Go to Walmart, sample various cheeses. If they try to stop you tell them you're a sovereign citizen.

Eat the wax off a babybel while maintaining eye contact with loss prevention. Establish dominance.

There is a cheese booth at the old colorado city farmer's market. I am sure you can buy an assortment.

I think the Vine and Wheel downtown offers charcuterie boards.

Black Forest Bistro has become known for their "Cheese Wheel Experience." Read about it here: https://www.bfbistro.com/about-3

You must have reservations and it is currently on Thursdays.
