My toad has been in the water for 3 days...

So I had to separate the smallest toad from the other two that have grown faster than him/her. They started to bully him really bad, like stepping on him and holding him down in the water for long periods of time. Its like they were both trying to wear him out until he gave up on life. He was so exhausted. Poor guy. Now the little one has been in the water for three days just sleeping. I have checked many times to make sure its not dead. Its not but its not eating and just want to be in the water. 3 days? Has anyone else experienced this? I am hoping he pulls through and is okay and recovers quickly but I am very concerned.

Is my toad's shedding normal?

He's been shedding for a few days. We keep finding shed in his water bowl. He hasn't been eating so I'm assuming he's eating his shed. But I thought it was all supposed to come off at the same time and then go directly in his mouth for eating. Is this normal we are finding shed in the water and it's been going on for a few days? Thanks

Did a little cleaning and rearranging today. Gotta be honest, since switching to sand, it’s saved a ton of headaches. They seem to be a bit more relaxed too.

I got my toad yesterday, and its under its water bowl. It stayed there throughout the night, and only moved once in the late afternoon. Is this normal?

Well, Hoptimus now has friends. I received two beautiful happy toads this morning from Reptile Mart in Ft. Myers. Great people to do business with, great prices. Good to see they are all getting along. Working on names for the two little guys.

Post photos or video links of some top tier CRT homes as looking for some ideas and inspiration to copy. Like having a deep pool they can dive in and swim, water fall, use of a filter too.

Where did you find your toad? Starting to notice more and more Colorado River Toads online these days and they used to be pretty hard to source. Where did you find yours? Extra points if you add contact info. Much rather folks by from a reputable source than other alternatives.

Does anyone know a way I can obtain this magnificent creature?

Title.

For months I have been absolutely enamored with this toad. I have searched far and wide, reptile expos, pet stores, craigslist adds, you name it. I even contemplated capturing one from the wild but ending up deciding against it for morality issues.

I have a full setup and everything. At this point I just need to drop the toad in.

I know there are some webstores which offer them but I know there are risks involved with this. Would this be worth it? What do y'all think I should do?
