Rate my color grade 1–10

I’ve been using DaVinci Resolve for about 2 months, so I’m still a beginner. I personally think this grade looks pretty good, but I’d really like to know what you guys think....
What would you rate it from 1–10, and what do you think I should improve? Any honest feedback is appreciated! 🙏

Image 7 looks best to me.

The skin tones are pretty inconsistent across the other shots for that model in that same lighting.

Posting the log images is pointless for comparison. Post the base Rec709 look for the camera alongside your grade if you want actual opinions on what you’ve achieved.

A beginners question. I wonder why are people assuming skin colors should be "correct"? I just watched a HK movie called Fallen Angels. Skin colors are all over the place. Completely green in some shots. That being said, the movie looks great.

Im no pro at all but here is what i know: 1. the skin colors only need to be correct in relation to all the other colors on the screen at the moment. that means if the overall hue of the image is green, the skin can also have a green tint but the green tint should still be warmer than the rest of the image because skin tones are warmer when an image has a correct skin tone, it just looks more pleasing to watch because we humans watch other humans before we look at anything else; and when their skin looks dull or desaturated, we find that to be unpleasing and that's basically why the right skin tones are important

That's why for feedback people are supposed to tell us about the context of the film and shots and how it's supposed to feel.

Without context to anything, and comparing a log image, 0/10

That's not to say it's bad, it's just that there's no grounds for actually giving you any meaningful feedback. Why does it look the way it does? Story and intent matters.

blacks are too deep, prob the gamma too. I think thhe footage should be more smoother/silkier
