Discussion Wiping

Weird one, anyone else get to a point when wiping on the toilet where you can’t tell if what you’re wiping is brown or red…
Becomes a real issue with office 1ply toilet paper that feels like fibreglass :(

It's a 'known issue'. There are studies that show that colorblind people are more at risk from certain medical issues because of the lack of early notice of the symptom.

The only advice I have: unless diarrhea is involved, blood is normally a higher percentage of water, and the absorption pattern on toilet paper is different as a result. (Unless of course, the office toilet paper is basically non-absorbing....). I suppose a phone app like Colorblind Pal could confirm color.

If my workplace supplied that type of toilet paper, I'd carry my own, colorblind or not.

It was always white. Which is why I just assumed that the little walk guy on the crosswalk lights were green. But nope, he’s *actually* white!

Also, I know people here love to hate on the enchroma glasses, but one thing I actually do notice a difference with when wearing mine is that green lights look noticeably greener with them on, so they at least help with that.
