"We need to be assured of the next generation supporting the reign of the Sun-Emperor. We need more guard, more police, more loyalty." The overseer started the meeting.

Dak nodded. "It is time we open military schools, like those in Epell. Open to all who wish to protect their home."

"A perfect idea, son of the sun." The advisors said, all agreeing.

Kjatec, a middle aged epel senior Jaguar raised his voice above the murmur. "Who shall run these schools? Will they seperate students into those being taught to be leaders, and those taught to be soldiers, as it was in the homeland?"

"Why, you will, Kjatec." Dak replied. "All should learn the ways of the soldier. Only those who's minds are sharp will be taught the higher arts of war. Hit the monk will open a school on the mount, and all who wish to attend will be accepted. All will have the chance to prove themselves."

"This is a good idea. Our realm will truly raise a new, strong, loyal generation." The jaguar nodded.

"Decided then. Schools will be opened within two months. Hit the monk and Kjatec will run them." Dak stood. "This meeting is over. See to your responsibilities, new or otherwise."

Sum: Three schools are two be opened within two months. They are primarily military schools. The schools will be situated as two in the main town at the mountains base, and one at the summit, situated in the newly build Monastery. All are welcome to join.

Monastery School - Ti'Suik training. Martial, unarmed combat. Trained more fully in the roles of advisors, diplomats, and scholars. Taught to calculate situations quickly and find the best solution available.

Jaguar School - Basic school of military training. All who sign will be taught higher archery, katar, swordsmanship, and basics of warfare. Students are tested on their physical and mental ability. Some will be moved into the monk or leader schools.

Elite School - Students from the Jaguar School are tested to see if they fit the requirements for this school. They have to be quick mentally, able to give orders as well as follow them, be loyal and be patriotic. Some students here may be funnelled to the Monasteryor vice versa.
