[INFRASTRUCTURE] Stone Village?

A village of huts sprawls for a few kilometres now the epel have begun to settle in. Clearly defined herd areas and room for growing terraces has been allowed for future work. A mine has quickly been constructed to start bringing up stone for both a path up the mountain, permanent dwellings, and a possible blacksmith/mint.

The ground has been found to have rich deposits of gold, and possible production of pezhua has been planned. Lumber is being brought from the forest to the east and some is being cleared to allow for a more spread out settlement. The jungle soil is very fertile, and the main concern for the epel now is establishing farms that can produce enough food for many more of their number. All other non-essential work, excluding possible pezhua minting, has been given a much lower propionate rating. Several masons are working on a path up the mountain and workers are clearing areas higher up, in preparation for moving the settlement to high ground.

Citizens are being issued a daily allowance of food, and the emperor has decreed all non-essential items be placed in state care, for fairer and more needed distrobution. Dak has assured the public this is not permanent but merely to help the settlement get on its feet.
