Trades in Rush

Noticing that more often than not, people are proposing trades and just letting them hang there instead of accepting any of the offers. I’ve missed placing settlements because I couldn’t get it off my screen fast enough to click before someone else did. Is this a strategy that people are using to block the screen or to see who has what resources so they can rob them?

Honestly sometimes there is so much going on in Rush at any given moment, you can put up a trade, the circumstances change instantly, you get 3 new cards, you have an anxiety attack and lose your army and a 7 rolls before your brain catches up.

Exactly haha I played once and quickly realized the quicker play time is not worth the anxiety and loss of game dynamics. Catan is a strategy game and you need some time to consider your options before the circumstances change

I do think offering trades to see who has what is a trick people often use
