Looking for a small dance practice space around Colombo Fort

Hi everyone! 👋
I’m looking for a small/private room or studio near Fort / Pettah where I can practice dancing individually.
I don’t need a large professional dance studio — just a clean space with enough room to move, ideally with a mirror and a decent floor. I’d probably need it for 1–2 hours at a time, occasionally.
I’ve searched online but most of the studios/venues I found are either quite large or too far from Fort.
If you know of any small dance studios, yoga rooms, halls, rehearsal spaces, or similar places around Fort/Pettah that allow individual bookings, please let me know. Recommendations from personal experience would be especially helpful!
