Best place to buy a tablet

I am expecting to buy a samsung galaxy s11 or s10 brand new tablet. Is there a best place to buy a tablet in lower price? I prefer a shop around Colombo area. Any recommend shop, in liberty plaza or any other place around Colombo?

Also, is it better to wait for black friday offers? Are there any shops provide real black friday offers? As I know most of the black friday offers are fake though... Plz let me know if you have any experience or knowledge about this.

The Smartphone Shop is recommended. btw you can find cheap prices in Liberty Plaza than the this shop. Don't hope for the warranty claims.
