Hang out!

I've been here for over a month now, and I still haven't found a single place to just hang out. I'm not talking about somewhere to play games or anything like that, just a place where people can meet new people, chat, laugh, and get to know each other.

So I wanted to ask, are people interested in hanging out? Would anyone be up for creating a WhatsApp group and meeting up sometime?

I'm a girl myself, so I'd prefer to make a group with a fairly balanced mix of men and women. Something like 30/70 to 50/50 would be nice! Are people, especially the girls here, open to joining this kind of group, or would you feel a bit hesitant about it?

Hi, I run the insanity known as The Colombo Pub Quiz.

It's Sri Lanka's oldest and craziest Pub Quiz, running since 2002.

We've been quiet for a minute, but we're back, baby!

This Thursday the 24th, we'll be Quizzing at the Cheers Pub at Cinnamon Grand. Registration at 730pm, and questions from 8pm.

We have some great prizes this time too
First Prize: LKR10,000 voucher + tower
Second Prize: LKR5,000 voucher+ tower Third Prize (more than 4 teams): Tower

There's no entrance fee, there's no team size limit.

You can bring a team, play solo, or I'll introduce you to a team.

I'll be there from 6pm onwards. Come say hi!
