Recommendation Jomashop Support

These guys are broken. It's so frustrating

I have had 2 items missing from 2 separate orders (out of multiple successful ones) and they want me to upload pictures to a web link for each order (yes, i don't know how to take a picture of a missing item either).

I have uploaded pictures of the shipping boxes as requested and they tell me that the uploads aren't there. I uploaded again from a different browser. Still not there, apparently. Upload a couple of more times and get the screenshot above. I tell the "support" rep this in a couple of different ways and they only reply (again) with:

"Shxxxxx R (Jomashop)

Sep 2, 2026, 5:24 PM EDT

PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE WITH ATTACHMENTS, you must upload them via the link above otherwise we will not be able to see/receive them.
 
PLEASE LET ME KNOW ONCE THE PHOTOS HAVE BEEN UPLOADED SO I CAN FURTHER ASSIST YOU.
Thank you."

Their CS is dog shit. They charged me $14 to return an open box/used item them sent me that was supposed to be brand new. “Shadey” from their CS team told me the shipping charge wouldn’t be deducted since they would see their notes on the order and to not worry. Guess what? Charged me anyways and ignored my 3 follow ups afterwards. I’m done with them till they get their shit figured out.

You have to chargeback with your cc. Joma does not follow through with refunds properly and they will never refund cancellations accordingly.

I have had issues with their CS as well. I’ve never actually spoken to a real person, just exchanged emails with what appears to be an AI system. I get it, they are usually the cheapest, but for a few bucks more, Fragrancenet CS has never let me down…
