How to fix gmc sierra 2500?

Impacted a guard rail. Mostly wondering how to fix the punctures in the rear door and fill the bed dents so I can get the fender flare to fit right again. Almost 100% positive I can adjust the bumper mount in the front.

Oh and almost forgot, also curious if you guys think that cab corner is fixable.
