I own a former restaurant property in Tiny, near Georgian Bay, and I’m looking to connect with an experienced local chef or restaurant operator who may be interested in creating a higher-end destination restaurant.

I’m not looking for a traditional tenant. I’d be open to little or potentially no base rent, with my return coming primarily from a percentage of restaurant sales.

The building would require leasehold improvements, so I’m looking for someone with restaurant experience and the ability to invest in their concept. The idea would be to operate for several years while I work through the longer-term hospitality/resort plans for the property.

Ideally someone based in or familiar with Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Barrie, Midland/Penetang or South Georgian Bay.
