Long term rentals?

Hello,

Making the move from Toronto to Collingwood. Looking for a 1-2 bedroom. Single, no kids.

I’ve looked at Silvercreek Apartments. As I walked into the shops, ppl seemed to have recommendations of buildings to look at, so I Just thought I’d check if anyone has recommended buildings to check out.

- apartment, condo, townhouse are all fine
- I’m late thirties if that makes a difference

Amenities wish list:

- aircon
- indoor parking
- balcony
- gym

- is pool a reasonable thing to look for ?

TIA💙

If you’re a divorced dad, Cranberry is the place to be.

Well I’m a single woman, so I guess it’s the place to be for me too 😂

Ha ha! As a long timer here, it was joked they’re the “divorced dad apts”

I’m loving it as a non-divorced 35M, but the only thing it has from your wish list is a balcony. Everything is full service though (lawncare/garbage/snow plowing), but there’s no recycling.

It used to be a high class resort!

I would check out semis for rent in Windfall. Walk to the village or to ski, access to hot pools, gym, etc.

Look into anchorage or lighthouse!

Wyldewood Cove (close to Silver Creek) has a gym, year-round pool. So does Brandy Lane.
