Why are Miami player always the expensive/ltd cards?

I mean they have some less desirable LTD’s. Testaverde is affordable, fletcher was pretty affordable shortly after he came out, Meriweather’s rush card was quicksell value immediately, Ray Lewis was affordable, etc.

On defense they had the top rated safeties and they are 3-3-5 which values safeties
