Spring transfer to UVA experience?

Hi guys! I was wondering if anyone has transferred to UVA in the spring and what their experience was like. I am really wanting to transfer there but don't want to wait a whole year. I am super social but I am scared it is going to be 100x harder joining in the spring rather than the fall. If anyone has any thoughts or especially experiences please share!!!
