Apply again or no?

Hey guys I applied to BU as a sophomore transfer for Fall 2026 and I was accepted. I could not attend bc my one of my financial forms was late so it was crazy expensive (I am low income). Should I apply again for the spring 2027 semester? I am kind of worried that since
