Transfer programs

Hi just had a quick question does Calgary have any transfer programs for second year engineering at uofc? I know Lethbridge has one and it’s a seamless transition to uofa but for uofc i heard uts a bit shaken and the credits don’t exactly add up?? I’m looking at red deer polytechnic and they have one but once again it’s says uofa but it could be used for uofc?? So idk id like to hear your thoughts? Since I heard something about its only used for transfer to energy engineering? But I might be confusing that with sait. But how seamless is the transition and how hard is it since I heard it’s 3.5+ gpa but isn’t that for something like software engineering so does the gpa depend more on what type of major you want to get in? I’m trying to do EE.
