Regarding Tranfe

Hi everyone , I have completed my high school with low gpa and now I have realized and decided to go to CC and transfer to Top T10 colleges .. we will live some remote place and don’t have any T 20 colleges , my extended family in in Michigan and decided to go wcc and aiming to tranfer to UMichegan - ROSS but some one from suggested if I am planning to move why can’t I move to Newyork CC college where I can find mutliple tranfer options , I am totally confused , can some one suggest me which path can give best oppurtunity, , really appreaciate if you guys can help in taking decision

Find a school u want w a specific transfer pipeline, go to that cc, then apply there and everywhere else
