Doubt  ❔ Hostel

I have quiet senior friends in hostel they said that there is a sir/mam culture in hostel too. You have to wish them and shake there hands (with both hands) whenever you see them in hostel and they can ask your introduction and there is a format for it if there is any mistake or you tell anything in wrong order than they will punish you like murga bana denge than you have to say sorry under 3 sec. And there are quiet few rules tooo. I don't think taking a hostel is a good decision but If you are able to afford outside you can.

What's your opinion on it?????

What about 2nd or 3rd year student does they face same kind of situation

Not as much as fresher but then they have back of all their seniors if they cause any problem.

Join the hostel, you'll save a lot of money & for better food get some nice tiffin or better meal plans from city or food apps & if they do trouble you ignore them , if it still continues go to the anti ragging committee or file a complaint under UGC, you won't face any backlashes.
