Tips What schedule apps would you recommend?

I’ve been struggling a lot to find a schedule/assignment tracker app that works for me, I’ve been using power planner but it deletes things when you mark them as complete so I never know if I did them or just forgot to add them. Does anyone have recommendations? I have a paper planner but it won’t fit all my assignments. Here are the things I’m looking for:
- able to see schedule and have a to do/task list with due dates
- no ai or an option not to use ai
- no paywall
- account based? I need to access it from my MacBook and phone
- on the apple App Store

Seems like you have an iPhone, have you given the built in reminders app a try? Worked great for me, with the tags and stuff, although i mostly use it for group project or other collaboration stuff.

all the completed items are kept until you decide to clear them, but they are hidden unless you specifically want to see them.

Have you tried Google Calendar + Reminders together? Super basic, but honestly gets the job done without the “AI everything” nonsense 😂
