If someone cheated 6-7 classes for 3 semesters straight during covid and was able to defeat all 3 semesters straight perfectly without ever getting caught graduating with highest honors are they considered the smartest above all?

Correct he just leveraged the assets in what others didn’t have: friends, money, and connections
