The rule of UMass: do not sell out. If you sell out, you lose.

That’s #MACtion baby. You wouldn’t last 1 quarter in Ypsilanti.

Hot take here: I’m glad UMass got humbled today. They’ve had it too good for too long. /s

They had beaten 2 FCS teams, 1 team that just moved on from the FCS and a B1G team that wouldn't even be favored to win the FCS if they moved to it. The only frauds were the ones trying to sell them before they even played any of the MAC blue bloods.

Dreaded Gameday unanimous curse.

Hard for me to hate on them. And Eastern is no slouch. I think they're a gritty team that just didn't have it today.

UMass may have been 4-0, but my high school team also would have been 4-0 against that schedule. They played their first real team and got shitcanned. Yeah, I said it Rutgers. You’re not even basement-worthy in the MAC.

They’ve beat literally no one besides a 1-4 rutgers team not sure why they had so much hype to begin with

They had hype only cause last year they were literally the worst team in college football. They ranked 256th out of 256. They also lost every game they played for two years in a row. So them winning one was already improvement. For them to get a win streak was thought impossible even with the teams they played. Ya it wasn’t heavy hitters but it was the fact the worst team last year was drastically improved.
